Tired of exposing yourself to heavy hours of exercise without a substantial result? Thinking of quitting? I’d like to tell you that you’re not alone. When you decide you want to build muscle, you have to follow certain rules. First, never push yourself into hard consistent workout the first time you go to the gym. Settle on those stretching and simple routines first to set up your body for the ultimate muscle building exercises that will later follow.
Second, continue to rise to your physical potential. Your muscles will very quickly get used to the simple routines and as soon as you realize it, you can proceed to engaging in more complex exercises and combinations. Although it’s not good to force your body, it’s also not smart to just remain in simple routines, since you want to earn that coveted muscle growth.
